To log in
and use the SurfStatsLive Reporting Service
you need an existing username and password.
You also need to know what type of user
you are. SurfStatsLive recognizes three
types of users:
- A Server Administrator
- A Profile Administrator administers
site profiles for SurfStatsLive Users.
- A SurfStatsLive User (also called
end user)
- Server Administrator: This user
can create new users as Profile Administrators
and also as SurfStatsLive Users. You
can only login as Server Administrator
if you are a valid Administrator of
the server or domain. Use your windows
user name and password to log in. Note
that the username and password are case-sensitive
so administrator is different from Administrator.
If the computer is on a domain then
enter the user name in the format: Domainname\user
for example: surfstats\Administrator.
- Profile Administrator. This user
can create new users as SurfStatsLive
Users. You can only log in as Profile
Administrator if the Server Administrator
has created a Profile Administrator
and you have the user name and password
to log in. A Profile Administrator is
typically a subhost. Profile Administrator
user names and passwords are not case-sensitive.
- SurfStatsLive User. This user can
only view reports. You can only log
in as SurfStatsLive User if the Profile
Administrator or Server Administrator
has created a SurfStatsLive User and
you have the user name and password
to log in. SurfStatsLive User, user
names and passwords are not case-sensitive.

service
|
To
use or administer the SurfStatsLive Reporting
Service you need a username and password.
If you do not have login details please
contact your service provider. All user
types: server administrators, profile administrators
and end users log in from the same page.
